> We decided we wanted to purchase a house to renovate for energy-efficiency as well as aesthetics and "livability." David worked with us every step of the way - from looking at the house with us before we purchased it, to listening and understanding our needs and wants, to drawing up plans, connecting us with a great builder and vendors, and making sure we stayed on track. Even though our "new" house is 1000 sq feet smaller than our previous house, it lives large and works well for our busy family. In addition to being very comfortable year-round, we reduced our heating/cooling costs by about 80%. We are immensely happy with our home and highly recommend Windy Hill Associates.
