What stood out with Clint was his attendance at EVERY meeting. He didn't pass along the project to a draftsperson after the floor plan or elevation was decided. He listened to our opinions and asked questions about how we would live in the house. He is very methodical and takes time between iterations to make sure changes are thought through. His junior architect was equally as talented and attended most meetings. Our numerous emails were returned promptly by one of the two. Clint visited the project periodically to make sure everything was going as planned. Clint was also available to work out solutions during construction and met us at the job site when something was amiss. We have been in our house six months and are extremely happy with the end result. Clint began the process with live sketches over our existing house to help us visualize our options. I’ll never forget the live sketches. Over the course of an hour, these live sketches helped us come together on a plan of action. The builder at Cedar Creek said he’d never used such details plans albeit; we are in Cedar Creek and not Dallas.
