> Stay Away!  Built a new home that was completed in May 1 of 2017 and I am still trying to get resolution today on 6/28 from them.  The sales guy did the typical sale you more than you want but it was the planning and installation when things went south.  I just want to recap all of "mistakes" 5 stones has made and you can decide for yourself weather they were ethically or just technically wrong.

> 1\. They designed and installed a speaker behind a chimney blocking the sound, tech said wiring could not be moved but after working with another company they said it should be no problem. Clearly a lack of technical intelligence.
> 2\. They could never find the wiring for a camera that they themselves installed, I was refunded the equipment costs but really? Clearly intelligence.
> 3\. Tech installed a wireless network but told me because I had Comcast that I couldn't block adult sites. I attached my old $45 router and blocked the sites myself.  By the way they advertise as a Christian company that doesn't know how to block adult material from the largest internet provider. Clearly intelligence.
> 4\. I told the sales guy Chris,  I needed three zones for a Sonos system, he pre-billed my for 4 Sonos amps when it turned out I only needed 2.  Intelligence or ethics?
> 5\. They sold me and installed a $100 surge protector that had nothing plugged into it. intelligence or ethics?
> 6\. Sold me a second $700 wireless access point that they never installed.   Three weeks after install when I was returning the wireless equipment for reason \#3 above, I could not find the access point I was billed for.  I was told at that point that they had the ticket and of course I was being refunded. (BTW I still have not been refunded) Intelligence or ethics?
> 7\. They installed a security alarm system and attached permanent wired contacts to removable window screens.  Not on all the windows, just half, why be consistent? Clearly intelligence.
> 8\. They installed 1980's style physical volume controls on our walls while selling us other equipment so we could use wireless devices to control volume.  This would be no big deal except it just goes along with everything I have come to expect from this technically and ethically challenged company.
