### Reviews

> Worked with them on a small addition to an existing property for bids and permits.

**★★★★★ — Sarah Wesner, Aug. 2020**

> My husband and I are so happy we decided to work with Garrett. We started the process of designing and building our custom dream home over a year ago. Today we are seeing all the hours spent pouring over details, sketches, and 3-D videos turn into reality! Drywall is going up! We are now fully aware of how skillfully Garrett took our ideas and made them better! Really looking forward to making it home! Thanks Garrett!

**★★★★★ — aaronwiese, Dec. 2018**

> Dream Home Drafting designed our custom home and we could not be more pleased with the result and the process. Garrett and his team asked all the right questions to help us design and build our dream home. The 3D renderings really brought the design to life and assisted us in visualizing the end product. We completed construction of our home this year and absolutely love it. I would highly recommend DHD to anyone considering a custom home.

**★★★★★ — Karla Krogman-Sauer, March 2018**

> My husband and I are in the process of building our forever home and Garrett was instrumental in this process. It was so easy and fun! We completed a simple form and provided Garrett with the sizes of rooms we needed and he nailed it! He took our ideas and designed a one of kind contemporary home of our dreams! Our builder, Nate Hotovey, Hotovey Construction of Gretna referred us to Dream Home Drafting and we couldn't be happier!

**★★★★★ — Rachael Biesterfeld, Oct. 2016**

> We worked with Garrett this past fall and had a really great experience. He was very friendly, outgoing, professional, and was able to put on paper everything that we had ideas for. We came into the first meeting with basic ideas of what we were looking for and he exceeded our expectations on the final outcome. Garrett was always timely on deadlines and even responded to questions after hours. Garrett seemed to really pick up on our likes/dislikes and we couldn't be happier with his final blueprints. The house idea/floor plans are better than we had even hoped for. Can't wait to start the building process now that we have our dream home planned!

**★★★★★ — Elizabeth Friesen, Aug. 2016**

> We were lucky enough to see some of Garrett's designs in final build form on the Spring Parade of Homes this year as we were beginning to search for someone to help design our home. I could tell from the beginning that this would be the right fit for us. The process was smooth from beginning to end for two people who were definitely novices in this area. From initially browsing the website to the final design, Garrett made a potentially stressful project very relaxed and enjoyable. I look forward to working with Garrett again if we're ever in the position to need design and architecture services. I highly recommend Dream Home Drafting to all of my friends and family!

**Comment from Structur Design + Interiors:**

> Thank you so much for the positive feedback! It was a pleasure working with both of you as well.

**★★★★★ — Iris Wiese, April 2016**

> Dream Home Drafting was a true pleasure to work with. We started with another architect but then had to switch and that’s how we found Garrett. We lived outside of Omaha but that was no problem. He did a great job of understanding what we wanted and created our complete floor plan without meeting until it was finished. He went above and beyond our expectations. If you need a floor plan go with Dream Home Drafting. You’ll be so happy you did!!

**★★★★★ — Ron Bentley, April 2016**

> Ive worked with Dream Home Drafting for several years. They have always been very professional and have provided impeccable results.

**★★★★★ — rblincow, April 2016**

> Dream Home Drafting created a house plan from scratch. We provided specifics on several things we wanted, and they successfully incorporated everything we wanted. The end result was excellent. Garrett was a pleasure to work with, and was very patient with us as the process took a good while due to delays on our part in purchasing a building site. We would recommend Dream Home Drafting to anyone looking for house plans.

**★★★★★ — Jo Neddo, Feb. 2016**

> Dream Home Drafting is a great one stop business if you want superior customer service and precise drafting. I've worked with Garrett on numerous custom home projects. He's super easy going, very organized and creative. One thing that stands out in the value he provides, is the way he listens to the clients dreams and desires. It is then executed by the builder and the final results are beautiful homes that clients just love. You won't be disappointed in using the excellent services Dream Home Drafting provides.

**★★★★★ — mkkosmicki, Feb. 2016**

> Garret at Dream Home Drafting was a pleasure to work with. We took a rough draft of what we wanted our house to look like and he took it from there! He gave great input but always kept what we wanted at the forefront of his plan. He went over and above what one would expect-going so far as to travel 130 miles to the site of our new home to see the layout of the land where our house would be built near a river. He did everything he promised-and more-and all in a timely manner. We would highly recommend Garret at Dream Home Drafting if you are planning a home. He is very easy to talk to and always pleasant.

**★★★★★ — Ryan Frickel, Dec. 2015**

> My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Garrett and Dream Home Drafting for our new home. From the initial meeting all the way to completion of the drafting (and even after completion), Garrett was always extremely quick to respond and very helpful along the way. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Love the little details. Can you tell me where you got the floor tile** *(in Photo Questions)*

Love the elongated window and the light fixture. Simple details but huge statements.

A: Thank you so much for your questions. Inspired Interiors did the selections and they would know what tile is used and where they purchased it.

**Q: What tile/brand is used on the bathroom floor? Is that a cement tile?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Bathroom floor tile

A: Thank you so much for reaching out. We did not help the client with the selections, so I am not sure.
Inspired Interiors would be able to help you out.

**Q: Floor question** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you tell me the brand/make of this floor?

A: I apologize. I do not have that information. Please reach out to Echelon Homes in Nebraska and he should be able to give you that information. Thank you!

**Q: Floor** *(in Photo Questions)*

Floor type and color?

A: My apologies, I don't have that information; but you could reach out Refined Interiors Spaces as they were the interior designer for the project. Thank you.
