First off, working with Lisa was a pleasure as she was instrumental in making our dream a reality and was communicative with us every step of the way. Her innovative 3D renderings and ongoing suggestions took our basement to the next level and allowed us to adjust as the project progressed. She went out of her way to ensure we were in the loop in regards to the ongoing cost and ensured we were financially comfortable with any suggested add ons. All of the workers we encountered were friendly, respectful, courteous, and extremely neat. Miguel was a joy to work with and went above and beyond countless times to ensure our project was exactly what we envisioned. In conclusion, our basement is now not only completely waterproof (after years of slight, yet annoying water seepage issues), but a true oasis for my family of four. The brand new full bathroom is nothing short of a replica from a luxury hotel, the relocated laundry room is both functional and chic, the new storage area is super beneficial for hidden storage & decluttering, and the TV area feels like we are at a small theater.
