We researched at least 6 contractors, some all-inclusive and others not, and although High Touch was not the least expensive and not all-inclusive, they were worth every penny. They promised us to finish in 9 to 10 months; it took 11. Anytime there was a question/concern from either party, Guy was there immediately to discuss the issue, resolution, and possible cost. They went above and beyond to customize our project to suit us. The entire High Touch Team, from Guy to each of their crew members, showed tremendous attention to detail that we truly appreciated because we are very detail oriented ourselves. We absolutely LOVE our home and had the best experience working with High Touch! The entire shower had to be demolished and the floor joists repaired. A new shower was framed and reconstructed. The rest of the bathroom was also remodeled with new floor tile and walls repainted. High Touch did an excellent job of handling all the repairs and took me to the appropriate stores to look for new tile and paint colors. The work was done continuously with few interruptions until completion. They were responsive to all my concerns. Now I need to paint the walls. The island is PPG Leafy Green. The pic on right is the actual template of granite. Need to cover these walls ASAP! The front porch and low planter need to be completely removed (as they were not built correctly and are unsafe).
