Travis was patient with our many changes. This project was our second home and we worked with Travis remotely during the whole project. **Q: Island size and measure** *(in Photo Questions)*

what size was that island/ dinner. I like it

A: 66” x 78”.  The width of the cabinets is the 66” section.

**Q: What species of wood and what stain?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Wood turned out perfect

A: It’s actually just treated material stained with Arborcoat Semi- Solid: Cordovan Brown

**Q: width of the brick grout lines** *(in Photo Questions)*

What width did you use for the brick grout lines. Why didn’t you use mortar?

A: I used a gray mortar.  I would have to go back and find out what type, I purchased it from a local tile store.  It wasn't rapid mortar.  I went back and used a grout bag with the white grout.

**Q: what’s the mortar color** *(in Photo Questions)*

Want the color of the mortar with latigo brick fireplace

A: It’s white Mapei sanded grout.

**Q: What is the size of this bedroom in feet?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The room is 12'5" x 12' 9"
