They have been very attentive to our concerns. Katie, the Sales Manager has done a great job of keeping everyone on schedule and Danah, Interior Design has made some wonderful suggestions. We initially met Adam and his staff at an open house. We had planned to interview several builders but after the initial meeting with his team we were sold and saw no need to interview any other builders. It also helped that the house we were in was beautiful and well built. This is our 5th house to build and so far this is the best team of professionals that we have worked with. I am hoping this effort continues throughout the building process. I will provide an update after a few more months.

> We contracted Adam Wilson Homes to do a $520,000 remodel to our lovely Terrell Hills, TX home.  Six months later with little to no supervision, little progress made, both parties made the decision to terminate the contract. Before we signed Mr. Wilson's termination contract, we asked, 'what if something is wrong?  His reply was, "of course we'll fix it!" Mr. Wilson and his team knew the patio was not structurally sound, his own engineer & architect told him so, his manager knew the wrong sliding doors were installed because of the roof was installed 18" feet lower than plans called for. The quality of his work is shameful, his credibility for telling us he would fix it is simply un true.  These two issues were just the major/most costly issues.  There were many more issues with damage to our property not mentioned here.

> $12,000 in electrical mistakes, not to code, hidden junction boxes, etc. all documented.  His electrician & plumber never pulled building permits to work on our home.  The biggest issue is our $41,000 patio roof that was installed and is now coming down at our expense.

> With over 7 years in business it is unfortunate to see this review. Disagreements are bound to happen, but we pride ourselves on being able to overcome misunderstandings.

> Within a construction project the contractor and customer both have responsibilities. One thing the client is responsible for is making decisions on selections in a timely manner. When selections are in a constant state of change, progress is extremely difficult.  To assist our clients, we have an in-house Interior Designer to make the selection process easier, which was not utilized in this project.

> When conversation started about parting ways, I felt there were two options. One was to turn over the project to your new contractor at its current state, or to complete the work through pre-drywall inspections and then turn over the job to your new contractor. It mutually decided that the new contractor would take over as-is. At that time, we were transparent with all of our costs, provided invoices, removed all profit, and refunded your money immediately. We feel that we stood by our core value of “Do The Right Thing”.

> We stand behind our quality with a 3-year fit & finish warranty on completed projects, which is 3 times the typical warranty provided by a custom builder. This experience confirmed that our focus needs to be on new construction, and we no longer accept remodel projects.

A: Thank you for the compliment.  Unfortunately, we built this home many years ago and do not have the records of the paint colors.
