> I have had the good fortune to work with Matt and his team at Tri-Arc for several years, on projects big (gutting and remodeling a condo) and small (custom built-ins and refacing a fireplace, building a banquette in the kitchen, installing crown molding, etc.). In each case, the workmanship and a work ethic have been great. Tri-Arc will go out of their way to make things right and ensure you're happy with their work. I would (and have) recommended them without reservation. They just finished up one of my colleagues kitchen/living area renovation, complete with wall-removal and structural work.

> Josh and Matt and all the guys at Tri Arc were really a pleasure to work with on our project.  Josh was patient while we worked through our concept and came up with some great ideas along the way.  Matt and his crew came on the days they agreed to be here and did really high quality work.  Our project was for built in cabinets in our finished basement.

> Any time you have a contractor do work in your home, there will likely be some issues.  When these issues arise, is when you find out about your contractor.  How about a cabinet literally not fitting through a doorway to get to the space it was to be installed?  How about Tri Arc removing an interior door and the door trim and having to cut a hole in the drywall to turn the cabinet around the corner to get it to it's new home?  They did all of that and then replaced the hollow-core door with a new, solid one, reinstalled all of the door trim, repaired the dry wall, and painted everything.  It's actually looked better than before!

Hoping you could share the type of wood and stain used on the cabinets as well as the name of the tile used for the floor. Thank you!

A: The cabinets are a Mandolay Cherry Wood with a Cognac finish. The tile flooring is 3 different types/colors made by MSI Stone.
