> Myself and my wife had our wish list prepared. Fernando and Vitor took our list from there and generated a few nice preliminary designs. We picked one design and started making revisions to it to suit our needs. Fernando and Vitor completed the revisions and sent the revised drawings back to us on a timely fashion and were always able to accommodate our design needs creatively. Wherever we were not sure how to accomplish what we wanted in the design, Fernando had the solution. We did get a few other quotes but Lima was the best price for more services. Very professional and friendly and comfortable to deal with. We strongly recommend Lime Architects and will definitely use Lima for our next house project. Cannot wait to start building.
