The carpeting crew, Jim and Tim, took great care in removing the doors, moving the furniture, taking up the old carpet and laying down the new! It was a pleasure to have them in our home. The consultation was perfect and even though there was an error and the wrong mechanisms were installed they came out and reinstalled. But I am terribly disappointed in the end product. The functionality of the shades are certainly not what I experienced in the show room. They roll up uneven, do not stay in place and they drift up. They look amazing but frankly the shades I installed myself in my rental property from off the shelf at home depot work 100 times better.
