The quality of the design effort and the craftmanship of the build out were excellent. Our first project involved the complete residing of the exterior of our home going from horizontal gray to white vertical board and baton siding with new contrasting black framed windows. Carnemark won an award for their design and we were more than pleasantly surprised to see our home featured in a local home design magazine (with our consent, of course). This project also involved renovation of our bathrooms, the build out of a home office and redoing the entrance way to the home. Pictures of the renovation are posted on the firm's website. We had such confidence in Carnemark that 2 years later we returned to have the firm renovate our kitchen and their design and workmanship were again top notch. We wanted a clean design and the Sie-Matic cabinets with "push-to-open" doors allowed us to design a kitchen without any exposed handles offering an ultra-contemporary vibe. We obviously would not have asked Carnemark to take on the second project if we had not been completely satisfied with their workmanship. Finally, to the extent any rework was necessary as was the case with the distinctive front door overhang, Carnemark stood by their design and construction work and returned to rebuild the unit as necessary to make it more resistant to the elements with no questions asked. During the design phase, Carnemark provided detailed analysis and sketches of their proposed options, addressing the various ideas and requirements we had shared; enhancing the aesthetics, while keeping the budget reasonable.
