They transformed the utility room/storage area into a master suite with an adjacent utility area for the washer/dryer. We are very pleased with the outcome. CBA is very respectful of the historical appearance of the home and respected my desire to have no impact to the front appearance. CBA incorporated interior details present in the untouched original rooms, including a coved ceiling in the master bedroom and radius corners to the walls, as well as windows that matched the existing.
