**Q: I love the pedestal!** *(in Photo Questions)*

I’d really love to find this exact same sink in brass! Wouldn’t that be stunning!

A: It's a model from Hastings Bath but it was a loooooong time ago.

**Q: POLL: Carpet in a bathroom - yes or no?** *(in Polls)*

I feel like I have mostly seen this in older homes and vacation rentals. It seems like something I've seen more in colder climates. I have always wondered why one puts carpeting in an area that would make it so much harder to keep clean, but I may be alone in that. What is the general consensus?

A: Not wall to wall certainly. Maybe the largest possible indoor/outdoor area rug that can be hosed down outside with a buck of bleach. I've finally gotten a lot of my male clientele to "please be seated". I certainly do that as a guest. We aim to please, please aim!

**Q: What brand TV is used here?  Is it specifically an outdoor TV?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hey Peggy, the manufacturer is Sun Brite but I'm sure there are other manufacturer's out there since you see so many place in outdoor commercial settings.

A: It's the same material as the decking. The table had to be heavy, it certainly is the windy city here for rooftop decks!

**Q: Love the sofa.  Where can I purchase it?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: So sorry for the delay! Just came across your request for info. The sofa is from a Chicago Merchandise Mart showroom by the name of A. Rudin. However the style is so common (everyone makes an L-sectional "track arm" style sofa) that you can really find it anywhere. The fabric is a chenille and it's super comfy to curl up in. Let me know if you have any other questions.....I'll get back to you a lot quicker this time!
