Movers are inexperienced, weak and whiny if you don't rub their over sized ego's. Forget about an efficient use of time anymore. They spend more time walking in circles getting straps, blankets, tape and dolly's to help them. Oh, and waiting on tools to be brought to them because "they don't have the right ones". You can expect to pay a whole lot more than what you're quoted due to lack of experience and the gross waste of time. If you're looking for professional movers who know how to truly take care of your home and valuables, this is not the company. From the holes in the wall to the personal items damaged costing me over $1000 to replace. PackRat was awhere of the damage they caused and said they'd cover the cost. 5 months later and keep getting the run around. I've used 6 different moving companies and this has only been my bad experience. Moving blankets were so dirty and stunk. Movers were swearing in front of my kids. Cost me just under $1000 for the move, and the best part was discovering my 50" flatscreen tv broken. They even took the time to re-wrap it in a moving blanket and hide it behind some boxes. Because I didnt discover it until 3 weeks later they said too bad because you signed off already. Great business practices.
