I called and they came out and determined the problem. Fortunately for me it wasn't a major problem... an ice jam in a valley caused the leak. They came and put new paper on the roof and shingles and all is well. I called them a few weeks later to have the roof double checked as we had a heavy rain and I wanted to make sure the new shingles had sealed. Rubin checked the roof and all was well. We love the product it is everything they said it would be, but the professional workmanship of Keith and his crew is outstanding! I can not say enough! They showed up when they said, cleaned up each day and the end product is wonderful! We have neighbors stop by all the time asking who did the roof and commenting on how great it looks! As you can tell we were very impressed with everything about Metal Pro Roofing, from their product , sales Rep, roofing crew to the office staff. It was only 3 years old. I investigated a more permanent roof and decided on steel. I read reviews of companies and decided on Metal Pro.
