> I would not recommend Simplex to anyone. While the overall construction of our home is solid, there were major mistakes made in planning and construction: improperly installed windows, improperly-designed HVAC ductwork, creaky flooring and stairs, and improper waterproofing of our master shower. While they came to fix minor issues, they refused to fix well-documented and photographed problems that arose within their warranty period.
