> Steve Murry is just awful to work with. Does not communicate well and argues with his customers like a little teenage girl. Our project is a 1500 square-foot studio with two bathrooms. he lied and said he was familiar with commercial projects and it turned out he was not. he was dishonest, tried to pass a leaner version as he stated of the lighting plan to the LA inspector and that costed us $35,000 more in six months in additional time. The project ended up being eight weeks to over a year. He has refused to give us documents that we desperately need to present to our landlord. He keeps telling us just go ahead and move in. Even though I’ve explain to him several times that we cannot just do that we need to present these documents to the landlord. he and his electrician try to hustle us. They lied to us about our lighting plan and when they try to force us to pay $25,000 extra for something we knew we did not need we were told by Steve “ if you would have just paid the invoice we wouldn’t have this problem.” You’re stealing from us sir. Is Electritian blew up the whole scam, basically got mad and stormed off yelling and screaming when we confronted him. We all know what that means. Guilty! Now we are having to miss our retreat and get our attorney involved because he still has refused to give us the documents… we have also filed a report under his contractors license as well as the Better Business Bureau. Steve told us that had he known we needed paperwork and receipts he never would’ve taken our job. and we would’ve never hired your shady ass! As a commercial contractor you should know what paperwork you need to provide to be held accountable. don’t use him and if you do do not let him take the materials because he will try to pass the leaner version and pocket any additional money
