The team who worked on our home were craftsman and built a superior quality house for my wife and I. They were punctual, clean, easy to work with and most of all, were honest with us about what could be and what wasn't possible. We hired Dream Homes 92 to be the general contractor with the understanding we would have the freedom to secure competitive quotes on any particular aspect of building the home. We sat with them, developed a budget and were successful in staying very close to our target. The trades people that were part of the project were fantastic and got to know them well during the project. They never seemed to mind our involvement and constant questions and suggestions. We continue to receive compliments from friends and family that visit our home and have been told people passing by that we have the most beautiful home on the street....and there are lots of beautiful homes our street!! > When we told people we were going to build a custom home, we were told to expect a lot of stress, battles and cost over runs.
