There were many difficulties with this project, most of which had to do with matters outside of Joseph's control. However, he persevered and never got down because of them. He and his team were always pleasant and would face these challenges head-on. My only knock is that I think he could benefit from a cabinet shop where he could do the cabinet making work offsite. With table saws and larger equipment, the fit and finish of the cabinetry would be better if made elsewhere and then installed. Less mess too.
