> March of 2012 during the closing of escrow a storm caused a tree to fall onto the bridge at our dream home before we even finished purchasing it.  Scott Partney took on the task of replacing the bridge.  It was not easy as there were many parties involved, the seller, the buyer and the insurance company.  Mr. Partney was professional and curteous, he and his crew did an exceptional job.
