He totally remodeled our previous home for us in 1990. This time we needed a complete kitchen renovation. Todd came one day and sent the plans the very next day. Work began and was completed in the time frame that Todd said it would. The work was done and exceeded our expectations. This massive renovation included building a new entrance / foyer, building an office with separate entrance, adding additional SF for a huge master on the main level, extending and adding a row of french doors across the entire back of the home, redesigning the upstairs to create a more functional 3 bedroom space with TV / rec area and on the first floor creating one level for all interior floors. This required new walls, new windows, all new electrical, plumbing, fixtures and finishes. Feldman brought in one of the best project managers we have ever worked with to lead the day to day work. Feldman himself was onsite each week to ensure it was running smoothly. We have lived here two years and everything has run beautifully since the renovation.
