Great work, detailed estimate. They have great list of suppliers to choose from. They work with your tastes and products you want or need installed. My favorite feature was that the same crew shows up every day and they work well together, they do all the work from demo to completion and are passionate about it. They listen and will add input, when ask. We are very, very pleased with the work done **★★★★★ — HU-196322564, Aug. 2024** > Broom property services just finished to remodel my master bathroom and kitchen, they did an outstanding job, very professional and always answered questions and willing to please us. Thank you to the whole crew. **Comment from Broome Property Enterprises:** > Thank you. We enjoyed giving you the spaces you imagined! The pleasure was ours! **★★★★★ — priest532, March 2024** > Broome Property just finished a complete bathroom remodel. The process from start to finish was extremely easy and flawless. Their response was quick followed by a detailed line item price quote and timeline for job completion. The work started on time as promised and continued every day(Mon--thru--Friday) until completion. This was very important for me. I was impressed with the professionalism of the two men who actually did the work. They kept the area sealed off and clean so the dust wouldn't spread throughout the house, also making sure we were informed about the placement (tub, sinks, fixtures, etc.) of all accessories. Bottom line, I would recommend this company to friends, family and anyone. 100% satisfied. **★★★★★ — Shannon Hicks, Feb. 2024** > Broome is professional, knowledgeable, and has great attention to detail. I recently decided to do another upgrade to my townhome and hired Broome. This was the second time I hired Broome for remodeling upgrades due to how well I liked their work. I would definitely recommend Broome if you are considering any sort of remodeling on your home. **★★★★★ — Veda Bhat, June 2022** > Great team at Broome. We got a couple of upgrade projects done and looks and works great. Steve, Dave and their team will make sure every detail is taken care of and any questions answered. Great experience overall. **★★★★★ — Shannon Hicks, June 2021** > Completely satisfied with the work done by Broome! I had some upgrades done to the kitchen and two bathrooms in my townhome, and everything looks awesome! David and his Team are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Broome and will definitely use them again if I need any future construction work done. > Thank you again!! **★★★★★ — ccconsulting, May 2021** > Have worked with Broome on several projects. Steve, Dave and all of the teams are great. Show up when they say they will and always have helpful hints to make things look good and save money! **★★★★ — Clark Norton, Aug. 2020** > Great value! Steve Broome's team is fantastic. Very flexible and worked around changes very easily. Condo looks great now! **★★★★★ — Andrew Hand, April 2020** > 2nd remodel with BPE - just as impressive as the first. Spectacular, top notch master bath remodel. Superb work, this company does not disappoint. **★★★★★ — lesley sileo-robinson, Jan. 2020** > I am so pleased! First they gave you an estimate and that is what you paid, much different than some prior bad experiences wiht another contractor. They were referred by a friend and she told me when you contact them, they respond quickly and yes they do! Also very willing to come for extra measurements. A: This is actually a granite that was called "marble granite". Stone yards call the same stones different names. **Q: beautiful work! Is that atlantic salt?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: I have noticed that different stone yards and fabricators call the same stone different things. From what I can recall it was called "salt and pepper" by our fabricator. **Q: flooring?** *(in Photo Questions)* This floor looks great. What type of material is it? A: This floor was ceramic wood looking plank tile in an espresso color. **Q: what kind of flooring was used in the kitchen?** *(in Photo Questions)* it's beautiful! A: This was a floating laminate flooring system. Color was like a burnt Cherry. --- *Source: Houzz professional profile. Reflects the profile as of 2026-11-07.*
