I'd seen the space one way for a lifetime, but after one meeting he was able to present a design that opened everything up, made it water responsible, and created a space we wanted to enjoy year round. We're now the go to spot for outdoor dinners, movie nights, and swim lessons. Zack is knowledgeable, flexible, and always available to answer any questions. He cares--which is a rarity. And the contractors he works with (both landscape and hardscape) are top notch. We'd work with him again in a heartbeat. Actually...we still do, as his company does our weekly maintenance.

**Q: Grass** *(in Photo Questions)*

What kind of grass? Does it require a lot of watering? How heat tolerant?

A: Hi leenajay,

The grass used here is Festuca rubra (Creeping Red Fescue).
It is extremely drought tolerant, twice a week watering recommended.
It isn't the best against heat, although it is shade and cold tolerant.
