> We purchased a new home designed and constructed by Smith Development Company.  The finishes and quality were exceptional.  Best of all was the customer service.  The workers are exceptionally polite and kind, and our very detailed punch list from the final walkthrough was not met with an ounce of resistance.  Every small change or modification we requested was promptly and graciously accommodated.  The Company is relatively new, but clearly has a bright future ahead of it and it will not take long for the demand for Brady and his Company to start exceeding his availability.  Those looking to build a custom home should not hesitate to contact and hire Smith Development.
