Many firms had a minimum but Ecolawn did not. The sales rep, Julia, came out and assessed the project. She was professional, friendly, and flexible. She also told us of a city rebate and guided us through the process. Once agreed, the installers came out and did the job in a very short period of time with a big crew. It is a huge success and we are very happy with it. Our dog cannot tell the difference between this synthetic lawn and the old one. The office also sent along photos and the info the city needs to reimburse us for a rebate, eliminating the extra work on our end. Highly rate this experience. It has deeper shade. Is this redwood stained or just has protective seal? How can I get this rich look? Brand and color you use please. Thank you so much. A: We are not 100% sure if it was water or oil based sealant for this particular project but we think it was an oil based sealant. Oil and water based sealers have their pros and cons, and It just depends on your preference for the project. Typically oil based sealants are used for softer woods like redwood, pine, and cedar, since water based sealers can create blotchy coloring due to the woods absorbency and quick drying time for the sealant. **Q: Stain color and brand?** *(in Photo Questions)* Hello,just love the fence color.
