They were very easy to work with patient with us as we worked through the decision making process. They never pressured us or showed any frustration. They really are great guys and great to work with! We had them install light gray wall cabinets (with some glass doors), dark gray cabinets on a 4' x 12' island, and we also went through them for our granite countertops. It's absolutely beautiful!! I love the soft close feature (they come standard on all doors) and the pull outs we got for some of the base cabinets. The installer that they use for the cabinets (Dusty) was also wonderful! I will mention that the project didn't go perfectly (do they ever?), but the guys worked with us through all of the little hiccups and were very easy to contact when we had questions or concerns. Although I had to clean all the sawdust left on the floor, inside cabinets & drawers and on dining rug. I was also not made aware that each time I open doors they hit and mar the wall or other cabinets. I will just try to be careful. Lovely color and fabulous moulding. I also found it odd that no one came to make sure everything was satisfactory. Going forward, our installers will make sure the customer is completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the work area post-installation and prior to leaving the job site. With regards to door and wall interference, we do try and address this issue during the design phase the need for filler between walls and cabinets to accommodate our full overlay doors. In some cases, there is a trade off made between minimizing filler material between cabinets and walls Vs going to narrower cabinets. In this case, the decision was made to minimize filler rather than narrowing cabinets but we can clearly do a better job of explaining this during the design phase and will be adding that to our checklist of item to make sure we review with customers before finalizing a design. > Again, I want to thank you for the time to do a review the follow up conversations. Monte was able to help me with my cabinet choice as well as come up with a design which met my needs. This design even included a modification to one of their cabinet to fit in an unutilized corner. Everything arrived on time and the work proceeded as planned. However, the installers ran into a problem in a corner area and the cabinet did not fit appropriately.
