I was left with a nine foot section of tile with grout embedded within the texture of the tile and Alchemy refuses to repair it to this day or even acknowledge the problem. Very money oriented. **Comment from Alchemy Construction Ltd:** > An interesting review from a client who paid a 5k deposit on a 25k job and then simply disappeared after the work was done. One year later we received another 5k with a reference to personal issues and a promise to pay in full. Two years after the work was done substandard work was mentioned to our lawyer with a discounted offer to pay. No pictures, no documentation, no quotes to repair, no opportunity to review or comment. It took a lien, judgement, registration on title, and a payment hearing to get the balance. Three years and thousands of dollars in legal fees and this is the clients take on it! Thankfully in 22 years this is the first client we have ever had to sue.
