The house has concrete floors underneath the hardwood. We did the same white oak, hand-scraped floors throughout the entire house (2,700 sq. feet.) These floors are are so unique and are very beautiful in person. My wife is an interior designer and owns her own company, Y Design. We worked together on this project together and we are so pleased with the final results!
