There were small glitches along the way but were rectified by a professional team. We are satisfied with the results and have a much more useful kitchen after 28 years of use. When I wasn't happy with the way something was done, Chris was very good about making the necessary changes. We only have a couple complaints. One is that some of the drywall work on the corners of the island they built for us was a little sub-par. I don't know if that was done by them or a sub-contractor. The other is that it took way too long for the job to get done because Chris had other higher-priority jobs taking up his time.
