> We hired AP Kimball Construction to design and build a family room adjacent to the kitchen in our antique home in a historic district. In addition to the usual permitting, this required approval from the Old King's Highway Commisssion for demolition of an existing sun room and construction of the new space.  This complicated project went quite well due to their exceptional attention to detail and their ability deal with issues and problems as they arose. The resulting room exceeded our expectations. The project finished on time and within our budget.

> We hired AP Kimball for our summer house remodel (new kitchen, baths, flooring, walls, windows, paint, etc) . From start to finish, we were pleased with AP Kimball's work. They were thorough in the budgeting process, helpful with the many decisions required along the way (particularly in areas we knew nothing about)  and steadfast with keeping commitments and meeting deadlines. This translated into a smooth project and an overall excellent result!  We are quite happy with the house and I would certainly recommend them to others.

> Angela & Peter Kimball were recommended to my husband and I after completing an addition to our ranch style home.  The kitchen and bath areas were not part of the addition, but they were dated and it made sense to include them in the final project.  However, a new kitchen and bath were not included in our original budget.  We were going to add cabinets to our existing kitchen, but Angela designed an efficient new kitchen area for our home.  Her design gave us an open floor plan that I did not think was possible.  She advised us on the cabinets, faucets, etc. and we managed to stay within a workable budget and get the job done.  Angela and Peter were a great team to work with and rely on.
> I also contacted Angela for advice on refinishing our floors some time later and she not only gave me a referral to a great company, but she also oversaw the project from start to finish.  No matter how small or complex a project I would highly recommend AP KIMBALL Construction.
