Welcome to Oronoque Home Improvement and thank you for considering our company.

Your home is the most important investment of your life. It is our job to protect that investment through our extensive experience, addressing all your needs to maintain the value of your home.

Together with our outstanding staff, we have been providing quality home improvement services to the area since 1980. We encourage a lasting relationship with our customers, as our satisfied customers are our best advertisement.

Please contact us to arrange for a no obligation estimate, dealing directly with the owner. With your estimate you will receive local references (feel free to contact them) and our certificate of insurance. We would be happy to consult with you regarding every aspect of your project.

Oronoque Home Improvement was founded in 1980 by Jim & Candy Faris as a full service painting company. By 1984, we had a full time carpenter and helper on board to address the much needed trim repairs needed on most homes, new wood siding, and decks. By 1987, the window and door portion of the business was growing as was the construction of custom decks and porches.

In the early 90's, the vinyl siding, aluminum trim, roofing, flashing, chimney repointing/rebuilding were incorporated into our work. The last ten years have brought many new renovations and additions to completion. Also, kitchen and bath renovations, all types of tiling, new plastic deck railings, Trex decking and railing products.

Thank you,

Jim Faris

**★★★★★ — Maureen Cunningham, April 2022**

> We have hired OHI for multiple projects over the last 10 years for shower repair, new window installation new garage roof and for a completely rebuilt roof on our house. Jim is quick to respond to requests for estimates and he and his crew are always on time, courteous and thorough and the clean up is perfect. All of the projects have been exceptional and we have had no issues afterwards. We highly recommend Oronoque Home Improvement!

**★★★★★ — Chris Cryan, Aug. 2020**

> The team at Oronoque did a fantastic job on multiple projects for me. This during the Covid era and while getting through storms, power outages and summer heat.
> Jim, the owner, is an industry veteran who takes the customer's interests to heart. The team he brought was skilled, diligent and professional. The main project, a new TimberTech deck, came out beautifully! I'm looking forward to working with Jim and his team again down the road.

**Comment from Oronoque Home Improvement LLC:**

> Thanks Chris, glad we were able to satisfy everything your home needed
> Our pleasure. Jim
