> Katy was referred to me by my Realtor.  I had built 5 townhouses and 2 sold rather quickly.  Of the 3 remaining units I needed one staged to give buyers an idea of the what could be done with the space.  Katy jumped in and gave me exactly what I was looking for!  We picked some furniture and cool accents that just made the model POP!  She did all this within in my budget and even came back when we had our photographer shoot for the multi list to put some fresh flowers and color.   I am very pleased with Katy and would recommend her to anyone who needs any design work!!!
