> As our builder and GC, John provided an outstanding experience throughout the property search, design and build process. His meticulous attention to detail and on site management delivered a final product beyond our every expectation.
> When put to the test, John’s experience and knowledge shines and if he does not have the answer he will research and consult to find the solution. John has a high degree of patience which I am sure was put to the test at points through the project. John works well with sub contractors and in turn attracts the better options when bidding out each phase. From a budget point of view there were no surprises through the project. Our changes were met with confidence and when prices changed John provided explanations and options. As far as site management goes, we can simply say that John has become the example used by our HOA on how to manage a build project in an established neighborhood. For example, at the beginning of the project, John went door to door on our street, introduced himself and gave out his number to ensure there would never be a problem and there was not.
