Also. that the stairs to access the lake did not end on my property! The Iron & Oak team rerouted the stairs and built a beautiful deck complex, enhancing both safety and value. My neighbors commented on the professionalism of the team throughout the project...and I was not in the state while they were working! Even after completing the project, the team went above and beyond, offering to move my fixed dock structure and work with a partner to build custom dock access stairs. Finally, they recommended a landscape team to build the required retaining wall. The Iron & Oak team understand the importance of excellent communication and customer service.
