We sought out design expertise so it wouldn't be a simple replacement of hardscape and grass, and Theo provided aesthetic excellence - with a special pattern of pavers, plant selections, etc. The scope covered removing thick 8'' of hardscape and grass, and replacing with pavers and turf and new plants, along with new drainage and watering systems, and a new fence. The work wasn't inexpensive but he stayed sensitive to our budget. > > His team of 2-5 guys working each day were highly professional. They were attentive when we had questions, even asked about noise when baby was sleeping, always cleaned up after themselves. Also just extremely hard workers, focused on getting the job done well and efficiently.
