I hired them for several major and minor projects and over the course of years I have realized that they did a low quality work (especially foundation) even though they claim they do proper engineering considerations and have the experience! > > 1\) I hired them to redo a patio floor in 2017; They poured a thin layer of concrete over shingle sheets that were originally there. The concrete has cracked and water leaks to the garage. I am going through major redo only 6 years later by finding out about the unprofessional work they did every layer that is removed! > > 2\) I hired them to rebuild a wood patio for me in 2018... Last year we found out that the columns where not secured to the ground, sat on a thin layer of concrete with the drain passing under it! I had to redo the post, columns, & etc. > > 3\) I hired them to cover an in ground Jacuzzi. They used plywood and claimed they have waterproofed the edges well!! Rest assured it leaked and had to be replaced within 18 months! > > 4\) I hired them to install an over the hood microwave. The did not sit the vent properly, requiring me to redo the work + fixing the damaged parts! > > 5\) I hired them to do exterior stucco; they did a terrible job in matching the paint (even wrong finish) and texture... > > 6\) I hired them to install a sliding door! they used a cheap door with a broken lock and without water proofing the base! > > (there are pictures to prove all of these..) > > I have given Ali several chances to fix any of these and unfortunately he does not take any accountability and responsibility for his work!! This was a "move the toilet and shower drain in concrete foundation" job! Not only did that go perfectly smooth but the end result of their quality work is the perfect bathroom I had envisioned. I added bedroom flooring, front entry tile and privacy fenching. They can do it all and within the scheduled job time.
