The scope of this project was definitely larger than we had originally anticipated, but it was easily taken on by the team at FH. By the time construction actually started (after the permitting process), we were living in the 3600 sq ft house which had both a new addition and loft/garage rebuilt within 6 months. I interviewed a few different local builders, and in comparison to the progress on other projects in the area, I thank ourselves every day for choosing to work with FH. > > Honest feedback, I believe we got great quality, quick timelines and a decent price. I’m sure there are other companies out there prepared to do similar projects for cheaper, but I wasn’t prepared to run into roadblocks and wanted someone experienced within this high end market. Have a rough understanding for design and products while crafting your contract, otherwise pricing may not be what you expect.
