We contracted Roger Miller because he repaired hurricaine damage, inside and outside, to our home in the past. After talking with Roger Miller he gave us a fair estimate of work to be done and we received a complete list of cost and schedule of work dates. He worked well within our budget and completed the job on time as scheduled. Roger was here EVERY day, sometimes two or three times, checking on the staff and work being done. He always returned my calls and texts immediately with answers to my questions. He was extremely helpful in advising us concerning materials, and decorating. His staff was polite, professional, talented, quiet and respectful to us and our home. Roger has had his staff for years and they were completely trustworthy. We left our home key in the lock box and felt comfortable with any of the workers here alone. The job was completed on time and under budget.We will only use Miller Construction for any home repair or remodeling in the future. Miller Construction is the BEST in Jacksonville. The project included gutting each room and completely remodeling. During the project design phase, Dave helped us with a way to increase usable size of the original very small shower stall. The rooms were done one at a time. Each room was scheduled to take 3 weeks beginning to end. The project came in on time and on budget. During construction the crew managed to keep the rest of our house very clean. It didn’t feel like we were living in a construction zone. Also during the construction we had regular communication, with Dave to make sure that the project was on track. The communication included, in person, phone and email. A: I am not certain. It was a match existing condition and was done back in 2008 **Q: What brand and model is the ceiling fan?** *(in Photo Questions)* A: That job is form 2008 and the owner supplied the fan so not certain. Could be Hunter or Casablanca **Q: Paint color?** *(in Photo Questions)* What is the name of the blue/green paint please? A: This project is several years old and we did not do the paint part of the project only the porch addition. **Q: Four season room** *(in Photo Questions)* Would like to know about how much this type of addition would cost? A: This project was done in 2008 and included the deck as well. The room is on posts, no foundation.
