Their service, commitment, and dedication sets the bar of excellence. We are glad to know we have partners like you to fulfill our mission of satisfying customers with the best tile installations. Thanks for all you do! **★★★★★ — Jenny Wagner, March 2015** > Great product. Jay was very helpful. We had delivery issues with our order, and Jay referred us to a tile installer, who did an amazing job. The project turned out better than we could have expected **★★★★★ — jeannempop, Dec. 2014** > We used Mercer Tile for three bathroom renovations and found the selection and quality of tile to be perfect for our needs and budget. The personnel were very professional and helpful while making selections. The showroom has a wide variety of displays to help in making selections and getting ideas.. They will loan out samples to take while making choices. I highly recommend using Mercer Tile for your next home improvement project. **★★ — Carol Brittsan, July 2014** > I went the store because they were highly recommended. The sales woman spent a long time with me. The store has many beautiful choices. I chose what I wanted and was satisfied with the estimate. The sale woman gave me the name of three tile layers. The first never returned my call. The second never showed for his appointment, nor did he call to say he wasn't coming. The third showed up and promised to get back with me with a bid. He never did. So I went with another tile company. Why purchase tile at Mercer if they can't recommend a reliable professional to lay it for me? Mostly, I was surprised the sales woman never called to ask me how the bids were going, or did I need more names. **★★★★★ — hershy011, July 2014** > I came to them clueless and frustrated with my lack of direction with selecting time for my master bathroom. Marcia was perfect and stress free. Not pushy, didn't push me to select anything overpriced. Great communication and amazing selection. I can't think of anything negative to say. **★ — Kimberly Russell, July 2014** > We remodeled our daughters bathroom last year and used Melcer. We ordered floor tiles and they delivered wall tile causing us to delay the job for redorder. They blamed us for the misorder. This last month we started a remodel on our master bath. We decided to give Melcer another try since they do have a great selection. Very bad choice! They again ordered the wrong tile that took two weeks to arrive. They could not blame us this time as we took photos at the time of order in the showroom. They reordered giving us a date of arrival. It then arrived two days late and they also did not order enough! We sre still waiting for the remainder. Their response to holding up our job and costing our builder time and money was "what do you want us to do? Mistakes happen." Well two bad experiences out of two is enough for us. Great looking tile - staff and customer service just not up to par. **★★★★★ — Kathy E, June 2014** > Built new home last year and all tile was selected at Melcer. Worked with Jennifer Freer and she did an incredible job. Was very creative and helpful and kept us within our budget. Would highly recommend them! **★★★★★ — Aldrich Incorporated, Feb. 2013** > I have been a customer of Melcer Tile for over 20 years. Jay Rauton and his team are top notch, going above and beyond my expectations time after time. His showroom is extensive, and I've never had a client say that they couldn't find what they were looking for. The in house designers are creative and experienced. > > All in all you just can't go wrong. ## Selected projects - [Endicott Master Bath](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/endicott-master-bath-pj-vj~227989) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Miscellaneous Projects](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/miscellaneous-projects-pj-vj~233800) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 9 - [Riverland - Snyder Bath Remodel](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/riverland-snyder-bath-remodel-pj-vj~232510) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Kitchen Backsplash](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kitchen-backsplash-pj-vj~157819) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 1 [See all 4 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/tile-and-stone/melcer-tile-pfvwus-pf~25537823) ## Ideabooks - [Mosaic Floors](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/13234658/list/mosaic-floors) — 11 ideas - [Accent Feature](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/8388777/list/accent-feature) — 2 ideas - [Exterior Porches](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7157858/list/exterior-porches) — 9 ideas - [Fireplaces](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/8725857/list/fireplaces) — 40 ideas - [Kitchens](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7157171/list/kitchens) — 11 ideas - [Penny Tiles](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/27428961/list/penny-tiles) — 2 ideas - [Vanity Ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/26831296/list/vanity-ideas) — 1 idea - [Simmons Project 25 Waterway](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/24531963/list/simmons-project-25-waterway) — 10 ideas - [Laundry Rooms](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7156801/list/laundry-rooms) — 15 ideas - [Porcelain/Ceramic Baths](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7154156/list/porcelain-ceramic-baths) — 9 ideas - [Floor Patterns](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/9029353/list/floor-patterns) — 11 ideas - [Custom Backsplash Mosaic](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7157095/list/custom-backsplash-mosaic) — 1 idea - [Tile Countertops](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/7156927/list/tile-countertops) — 8 ideas [See all 13 ideabooks](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/melcertile01) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
