Melissa and Eric were excellent to work with. Not only are they highly professional and trust-worthy, but also very talented and good at what they do. At our first meeting with Melissa and Eric, we sat down for about an hour and they asked us questions about what we liked, our lifestyle, and how we wanted to use the space. We also shared our Houzz photos with them so they could get an idea of the style we liked. When we met again a few weeks later, Melissa shared four different design variations and we immediately knew we had chosen the right architects. All four designs were beautiful and really fit exactly what we were looking for. We picked our favorite from the four and after a couple of tweeks we were off to the races with our builders! Now that the house is complete, we love living in it. We get compliments all the time and people slowing down as they pass by just to look at it. I found myself too busy with my full time job and could not find the time to complete my current project and really was willing to sit on it and wait until I had the time to complete the project, as I am particular with how things get done, as well as being able to save money ensuring that the right subcontractors get selected at the right price with the expected quality. I have worked with a few individuals that worked with Melissa on some past projects, and I knew Melissa, Ryan and Eric personally, and they suggested I talk to Melissa about completing my project so it would not continue to drag on and on and on……. And I could actually move into my house completed and not have to live “under construction” as I normally do on long projects like this one was going to turn out to be…… So that being said, Melissa and Eric met with me to get a feel for what I was expecting the final outcome to look like; discuss budgets and price points on finishes; create a timeline for completion; and before I knew it the project was on its way again with good momentum and good project management oversight.
