Yoder Construction provided excellent work quality and expertise on Structural Issues, Masonry, Fire-Sprinkler System and Water Lines, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Roofing, and Windows.  Bryan managed the subs and our project with great aplomb.

> We hired Yoder Construction to replace the roof on our house that had numerous issues.  The shingles had started to fall apart due to a manufacturer defect that was compounded by hail damage.  Brian Yoder helped me as I fought with the shingle manufacturer to get them to pay the replacement costs.  Once approved, Brian's team worked quickly to tear off the old shingles and get the new roof installed before the colder fall weather arrived.  Both Brian Yoder and Jeremy, his right hand, were great to work with.  I highly recommend them.  Yoder Construction is the first call I will make in the future if we have any other problems with our house.

> Yoder Construction was used for a remodel. We have a tight budget and Bryan worked hard to stay on that budget without trimming corners.  We expanded and reconfigured the kitchen,  Drywalled the living room and hallway and a total remodel on the bathroom. When unforseens came up, we were able to work around without skipping out on quality, safety, and workmanship. He had only professional and polite subcontracters working with him.  He was very strict on cleaning up the workspace at the end of the day, which we appreciated since we were living there at the time of the remodel. He payed special attention to detaisl and takes pride in his work and the end results. We have a big list of other upgrades and Yoder Contruction will be used to complete this list.

> As an Audio/Video company I often run into situations where there is no for sight in the end result such as outlets being in the wrong place , no backing to mount TV's, no room for electronics in cabinets. etc.. working with this company from start to finish, I've not had this problem which means in custom or even "spec" applications we are able to put things where they need to be. I greatly enjoy working with this company. They are very helpful and will do what it takes to help the job get done right.
