From initial contact and getting the cost estimate to completion of the project, the level and quality of communication and work done was excellent. The project was a relatively large one - resurfacing a 250 square foot deck (including dealing with some localized wood rot), complete rebuilding of stairs, addition of a glass canopy over doors at the back of the deck and fabrication and installation of railings. Accounting for the discovery of the wood rot and the need to address a few other issues (none of which were a surprise) the project came in on budget and was completed in just over one month (about three weeks of that was for fabricating the railings). Everyone I dealt with at Deck Pros was polite and clearly care about the quality of their work. The finished product looks absolutely fantastic.
