What equipment did you use in the picture? Thanks! A: Hello Israel, There is a buried cistern with a pump. Yes, the water funnels back through the pebbles to the cistern. This large water volume allows for use through most winter conditions (in PA) due to geothermal heating and also allows for many days of operation in dry weather, as there is some daily loss from evaporation. Nothing I use works to keep weeds out A: Poppy queen, the needles are from Longleaf Pine, Pinus palustris, a native Pine to the southeastern US. The photo was taken right after installation, and shows more mulch than planned. Our client expects to let the Pachysandra ground-cover grow to the sides of the path and eventually have moss between the stones.
