They were always willing to answer questions that came up. They made themselves available to show the house at our convenience also explaining how to use the custom features of the house. We have never seen any of these custom smart home features on any other homes we have seen. These are our first green home and it is the most comfortable home we have ever seen and we can not believe how energy effect this home is. They are Wonderful people, wonderful experience.
