They do cheap work and will not honor the builder warranty. Our AC unit that was installed by Bell Air and the drain pipe has come apart due to them not gluing it. Now I have a mess. I have water everywhere dripping from my ceiling with bubbles forming in the drywall. Neither the builder nor the ac subcontractor will come to handle this. I was provided with a contractor key to my house while it was in progress of being built, had unlimited access to see the progress, and provided with contact to text, email or call with any questions or changes that needed to be done. There was a small window about the back door that was visible from the outside of the house, but not inside (had been dry walled in), but one call to Paul resulted in a prompt arrangement for it to be resolved within that week.
