We hired them to renovate our pool and they dropped the ball at the last minute. Everything was going great until the plaster was done and the pool sat without water in the 90 degree heat. As a result, we are left with cracks in the finish. The company president, Phil Dobson, who scheduled the water delivery, refuses to take any responsibility for the defects. He told us that there are no guarantees in plaster and walked away from us when we showed him the problems with the finish. His recommendation is to live with it. What material is used for the deck and coping? Is it granite, cement, gray travertine? A: Thank you very much! The coping is bluestone, and the decking is a various colored granite. It make for a very nice contrast. **Q: CAN YOU TELL ME THE DIMENSIONS** *(in Photo Questions)* can you tell me what the pool dimensions are? A: Hello! This is a 18' x 38' rectangular pool.
