We were originally hesitant to incorporate so much technology into our home as we’d had a bad experience previously but found the Aaron’s team to be professional and responsive and the quality of their work excellent. They procured, mounted and set up our TVs, provided a multi-room house music system, worked with the electrician on lighting control for our home’s exterior, common lobby areas and master suite, and configured a wifi network to cover the property. On the security side we have a camera surveillance system to monitor activity around the home and comprehensive security-fire system to protect and secure our home. Control4 operation has been simple to learn and so far we’ve seen no issues with reliability. Recently, the system failed. Due to this event, I contacted Control4 itself to explain what had occurred and to seek its advice. Its advice was that I would need a new system because the old one was so outdated. Because the pricey controller housing all of the codes was no longer functioning, I would also need a significant amount of re-programming of the replacement system. Before ending my conversation with the Control4 corporate representative, I asked him who he would recommend in my area for my purchase and installation. I told him I was very finicky when it comes to such matters. He recommended Aaron's Systems Integrators (Aaron's Systems). > > I called Aaron's Systems, and from my very first contact, they were exceptional in every respect. I spoke with the owner and he answered all of my questions concerning the equipment I needed to purchase as well as the details of the installation. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. A date was set for the installation. On that date, the installer named "Nick" arrived at my home at the precise time I had been told, unpackaged my new equipment, and immediately went to work. Nick was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and personable. He completed the installation in one day, and everything worked flawlessly! I couldn't be happier with the job Aaron's Systems and "Nick" did!
