Jeremy and his crew cut and piled expeditiously to make the area safe again. As part of a larger landscaping company, they had a lot of machines available in addition to the usual chainsaws and ropes. Part of the landscaping job done was quality work - occurred over 2 days. Unfortunately, after that - the issues started to arise and the job was never completed. We paid in full, were told Jared & his team would come to finish planting & to do a walkthrough with us for maintenance of the plants, however after several no-shows, we started to lose hope we would ever hear from Jared or Outdoor Digs again. We tried contacting Jared & Outdoor Digs for 6 weeks for them to finish the planting as well as replace several of the plants that had already died (despite the plants having a 6 month warranty). We understand the summer is a busy time and not every customer can have immediate service, however, 6 weeks with no response is unacceptable.
