The wall is bowing 1/2 inch and used white caulking instead of translucent. Looks like a DIY project. Owner came out to see it and said it could not be fixed and that sometimes a wall will bow out because of temperature changes?! False. He gave no solutions and would not commit or even offer a discount. Left us hanging. I paid for our other shower and refused to pay for the messed up one until they discounted the price. They finally gave a 350.00 discount on an over 2000.00 charge for the shower. Two days after getting the new invoice, the corner leg shaving step shelf fell off the wall. That was a week ago and I have heard nothing from them to come and fix it. > They do NOT have good customer service or care about customer satisfaction. According to their installer, poor communication within their own company. He had installed one side of the shower and I just happened to be home from lunch to tell him it was incorrect. The owner did expect the installer to make any necessary changes to your satisfaction but we were told you did not want that & preferred a discount.
